Oakleaf Partnership are supporting a FTSE 100 business in their search for an experienced Senior Reward Advisor. The role will join and support an established team and working closely with the wider HR function to develop and implement strategies that attract, motivate and retain top talent. You will act as a trusted business partner and deliver impactful reward frameworks within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. This is a permanent role based in Coventry.

What is the role?

As a Senior Reward Advisor, you will play a pivotal role within a busy and innovative Reward team, contributing directly to the organisation's ability to recognise and reward their talented employees. You'll be instrumental in ensuring fairness, consistency, and market alignment across the company's reward frameworks while helping to drive the business forward through innovative and meaningful strategies. This is a chance to make a real impact in a role that blends technical expertise, stakeholder collaboration, and the opportunity to shape future reward and benefit initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expert Guidance: Provide expert advice on reward solutions to HR teams and senior leaders, ensuring fair, consistent, and commercially aligned practices.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build trusted relationships with HR Business Partners, Resourcing teams, and other key stakeholders to deliver pragmatic reward advice tailored to specific business needs.
  • Annual Cycles: Lead or support the delivery of pay reviews, bonus schemes, and benefits programmes, ensuring accuracy and alignment across the business.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use your strong analytical skills to deliver internal and external benchmarking, market analysis, and insights that shape strategic decision-making.
  • Change Management: Provide expert reward input during organisational changes, such as TUPE transfers and restructuring, ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Framework Development: Help develop and refine pay frameworks to meet organisational needs, ensuring governance, affordability, and market competitiveness.

Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will be a collaborative team player who is resilient, flexible and ready to embrace challenges in a fast-paced environment. You will be familiar with flexible benefits schemes and online platforms, have knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent HR tools and possess previous project management experience in reward-related initiatives. You will have:

  • Proven experience managing annual reward and benefits cycles.
  • Strong job evaluation and salary benchmarking expertise (e.g., Hay Job Evaluation or WTW Grading System).
  • Advanced analytical skills, particularly in Excel, with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Confident communication and stakeholder management abilities, with commercial awareness to influence effectively at all levels.
  • HR systems experience (ideally SAP or similar).
