Justteachers is seeking an experienced Complex Needs Teacher to join a SEN school in Coventry for the new academic year, supporting students with a range of additional needs. The school supports students with a range of different needs including PMLD, physical disabilities and visual impairment.
This is a full time position expected to last the entire academic year.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to meet the diverse needs of students with additional needs at a KS1 level.
- Create a structured, supportive, and inclusive classroom where students feel safe and encouraged to learn.
- Use individualised teaching approaches, incorporating sensory-friendly strategies and communication aids where necessary.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience working with children with SEND, including Autism, ADHD, non-verbal.
Be able to provide two education based references.
