We’re looking for a Telesales Operative / Appointment Booker to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll be working through a targeted data list, making outbound calls, and booking in sales meetings for our clients Directors. If you’re someone who works at speed, handles objections like a pro, and enjoys the challenge of appointment setting, this is the role for you!

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven telesales experience - you must be confident making high-volume calls
  • Ability to work at speed while staying focused and motivated
  • Strong objection handling skills - persistence is key!
  • Experience booking appointments/sales meetings preferred
  • Must be able to commute to Coventry (1 day per week in office, ideally drive)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to a targeted data list
  • Booking appointments for our Directors with potential clients
  • Keeping track of calls and appointments set
  • Handling objections professionally and persuasively
