A Day in the Life of a CPN: Join our team as a CPN and make a real difference in the lives of adults aged 18-65. Your core responsibilities include:
• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and risk evaluations.
• Developing and implementing personalised care and treatment plans.
• Medication management.
• Carrying a caseload and completing duty work.
• Overseeing students and supporting their development.
• Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurses.
• Keeping accurate and detailed clinical records in line with compliance standards.
• Staying up to date with the latest best practices in mental health care.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Current and valid NMC registration and PIN.
• Experience working with adults in a CMHT setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality mental health care.
• Car driver essential.
• Male candidates required for this role.
Working Hours & Contract Duration: This role requires availability from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility where possible. The contract is for 3 months ongoing with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
