Salary: up to £28,000
Working Hours:
Monday - Thursday 7am - 4pm
Friday 7am - 3pm
We are currently seeking a skilled Handyman to join our dynamic team working to supportthe Maintenance team on the general facility up-keep.As a Handyman, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our facilities and equipment to ensure their optimal functionality.
Key Responsibilities of the successful Handyman:
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address any issues promptly.
- Perform basic plumbing and drainage maintenance tasks as needed.
- Undertake decorating tasks, including filling, sanding, and painting, to maintain the appearance of our premises.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from site staff and address any reported issues efficiently.
- Install, repair, and maintain fixtures, appliances, and basic equipment
Requirements for the successful Handyman:
- Proven experience as a Handyman with an industrial background.
- Proficiency in basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance tasks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
