This is a hands-on role with working hours from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, and mileage expenses will be reimbursed.

Maintenance Handyperson

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Maintenance Person to join our clients team based in Coventry ! If you have a passion for DIY, problem-solving, and keeping things running smoothly, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repairs (basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other day-to-day DIY tasks)
Carry out inspections and ensure facilities are in top condition
Travel to various sites, including Coventry and surrounding areas

Requirements:

Basic experience in general DIY and maintenance tasks
Own tools and reliable vehicle (mileage expenses provided)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Must have your own transport
