An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join a leading manufacturing business specializing in high-quality building materials. This role offers the chance to work in a forward-thinking, safety-focused environment.
The Role:
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and legislation.
- Conducting risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
- Providing advice and training to employees on H&S best practices.
- Supporting the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For:
- NEBOSH-qualified or equivalent, with a strong background in manufacturing or similar industries.
- Experience in delivering H&S initiatives and driving cultural improvements.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
