Develop Emergency Response Plans: Create and implement plans for responding to workplace emergencies, such as fires, chemical spills, and natural disasters.

Promote a Safety Culture: Encourage a workplace culture that prioritises safety through regular communication, incentives, and recognition of safe practices.

Monitor Compliance: Regularly check that employees follow safety policies and procedures, and take corrective action when necessary.

NE-BOSH Certificate: Required qualification in Occupational Health and Safety.
