**What You Will Do:**

- Mentor and coach managers, group leaders, and supervisors to ensure the submission of technically correct documentation and the proper investigation of incidents, accidents, and audits.

- Compile metrics and present data to focus and make informed decisions, enhancing safety and compliance across all aspects of Powertrain Testing.

- Develop and deliver reports and presentations to provide quarterly feedback on departmental status and safety performance.

- Conduct audits of project works and contractor performance, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction.

- Support the Health Safety and Compliance Team in maintaining compliance with internal and external processes.

- Facilitate knowledge transfer to operational teams, aiding in the timely completion of accident investigations and issue tracking.

**What You Will Bring:**

- Experience in health and safety within an engineering/technical field.

- A robust understanding of ISO 45001/9001/14001 and ITAF16949 compliance.

- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders across various levels of the organisation.

- A full UK Driving Licence with a clean record.

- A Level 3 Health and Safety Qualification (e.g., NEBOSH certificate) and a 9001 Auditor qualification are desirable.
