Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBasic Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + bonus and benefits Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am- 5.30pm

You'll be at the helm, steering your team whilst collaborating closely with the senior management team to build the business. Your responsibilities will extend to nurturing the growth of the service and achieving an Outstanding CQC rating.

Skills wanted:

  • Good degree of business and marketing
  • Care management qualification
  • Overseeing internal compliance and auditing
  • Liaising with external agencies, including CQC, medical professionals and client's family members
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and retention of staff
  • STaff management, supervisions and appraisals
  • Referral, and assessment management
  • Attending meetings on-site and off-site
  • Care and Support planning
