Long Term Futures is partnering with a Good Ofsted-rated college with over 50 years of experience in supporting students with complex needs, including Autism. Set on a vibrant 12-acre campus, no two days are the same-this is a rewarding opportunity to help students thrive.
This role is commutable from areas such as Coventry, Solihull, Warwick, Birmingham, Rugby within a 40-50 minute drive.
Key Responsibilities
- Support students in a safe, inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor progress, set meaningful targets, and provide feedback.
- Encourage independence, positive behaviour, and engagement.
- Assist with learning resources, practical activities, and technology use.
- Supervise students during breaks, on trips, and provide personal care when needed.
What We're Looking For
- A passion for working with young people with SEN.
- Good GCSEs in English and Maths.
- Experience with SEN and/or challenging behaviour.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, positive approach to learning support.
