SF are thrilled to be working with a fantastic service business who are looking for a skilled HR Advisor to come and join their forward-thinking team based over in Coventry. This is a fantastic position for a HR Advisor who is confident and self-sufficient working within a fast paced HR function. We are looking for someone who is able to take charge and manage ER case work across the business along side supporting management with full end to end employee relations matters. We need someone who strong relationship building skills who is able to guide and support staff and management with all levels of HR queries. The ideal candidate will have the following skills set; - Have strong knowledge and used an ATS system - Have experience in the recruitment and onboarding side of HR - Strong ER case management experience - Any experience within the L&D environment would be a benefit - Be a fast paced and strong self starter - Be efficient with IT systems including MS Excel and reporting - Be keen to get involved in projects across the HR department and elsewhere within the business. This roles day to day duties will include; - Working in partnership with various manager and stakeholders to support with employee relations and recruitment needs - Full ownership of the ER caseload - Supporting with the delivery of people training and coaching - Be involved in various projects and other HR initiatives - Working with and providing data analysis for stakeholders and more! We are looking for someone with ideally a few years experience within a HR function who is comfortable and confident to step into a forward-thinking fast moving business that you can thrive in! This is a hybrid role with 1/2 days from home, however office presence is preferred in order to be present with the team and relevant stakeholders.
