HR Advisor - Generalist

CoventryWe have a great opportunity with our client based in Coventry for an experienced HR Advisor Generalist to join their friendly, growing HR team in Birmingham.You will provide high quality advice and generalist HR support across the business to managers and employeesManage the ER caseload, Leading and supporting on employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances and dismissalsAdvise on legislative and company policy and procedures in an efficient mannerSupport with the recruitment and selection process - including writing job adverts, shortlisting, producing offer letters and contracts of employmentLiaise with payroll re Maternity, Paternity and absenceAssist departmental Managers on the interpretation and implementation of company policies and procedures
