- Support payroll by running reports and assisting with pay runs.
- Manage HR paperwork, including contracts, job offers, starters, and leavers.
- Maintain employee records, update spreadsheets, and process requests for prescription safety glasses.
- Handle absence line messages, ensure inductions are completed, and keep HR files organised.
- Assist with ad-hoc HR tasks and other duties as directed by the HR Manager.
- Certificate (GCSE) in Maths & English (or equivalent)
- Must be computer literate
- CIPD Preferred or working towards CIPD
- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment desirable.
- Experience working in a similar role
