Account Manager - Cleaning - Midlands - 55k + car

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager/Facilities Manager to join a successful facilities management service provider and specialise in managing cleaning clients.

You may have managed cleaning contracts specifically, or as part of your wider role as a soft services Facilities or Workplace Manager. You will need experience of managing both client and supplier relationships to the highest standards, preferably with exposure to mobilisation or transition of new contracts.


What this job involves:

Ensure that a culture of Team Working, Task Ownership and Flexible Working is actively encouraged and implemented
Effectively communicate the operational management deliverables
Evaluate data and operational performance stats on a monthly basis
Close liaison with the client regarding the status of operations.
Ensure the commercial viability and growth of the contract is achieved.
Attend formal site meetings with the client.
Initiate the standards and review the forward planning of cleaning activities to ensure adequate manpower loading
Ensure quality performance through auditing of staff in the performance of their tasks, workmanship, housekeeping and customer satisfaction.
Ensure a culture of safe working is developed
Compliance with all aspects of Site Safety & Quality.
Ensure sub contractor visit controls and responsibilities are undertaken in accordance with specific agreements, works and frequencies, ensuring effective audits and performance reporting.


What we are looking for:

Proven track record of operations management in a cleaning services FM environment
Good IT skills
Good interpersonal and customer relationships
Exceptional presentation and communication skills
Proven experience in managing a team
Good command of the English language, both orally and verbally
Smart, presentable appearance
Personable and approachable
Clean, full driving license
Preferably experienced in mobilisations or transitions
