IT Channel Account Manager - Resource Augmentation

Location: Meriden, West Midlands - Hybrid Working

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: 25k to 35k + OTE

ECS Resource Group connects businesses with people, delivering digital transformation through resource delivery. With over 30 years experience in providing specialist recruitment and resources in IT, Telecoms and Engineering sectors.

We are currently recruiting for a dynamic IT Channel Account Manager to join our team and work alongside the delivery team to grow resource augmentation revenue via delivering IT contractors into our IT Channel clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow channel partnerships focused on resource augmentation services.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners while nurturing existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with partners to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Drive sales initiatives and support channel partners in achieving their sales targets.
  • Provide training and support to partners on our services and solutions.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT sales, channel management, or account management.
  • Strong understanding of resource augmentation and IT services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
