We're an established Managed Service Provider (MSP) in Coventry, seeking a passionate and driven IT Support Engineer to join our growing team. This is more than just a support role-you'll be involved in everything from troubleshooting to project work, gaining exposure to a variety of technologies.
What You'll Be Doing:
?? Providing 1st and 2nd line IT support to a diverse client base?? Troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues?? Assisting with installations, configurations, and system updates?? Working closely with senior engineers and directors on exciting tech projects?? Ensuring top-tier customer service and technical excellence
What We're Looking For:
? Experience in an MSP or IT support environment? Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking? A proactive attitude with a passion for learning and development? Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset? Any relevant IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus!
