Application Support AnalystLocation: Meriden, Solihull (On-site)

We are seeking a proactive Application Support Analyst to join our team and provide expert technical support for business-critical applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 2nd or 3rd line technical support, with expertise in troubleshooting software issues and enhancing system functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for application-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software problems, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  • Work with Power Platform, Dynamics Sales, and Plugins to configure and enhance system performance.
  • Collaborate with development teams and business stakeholders to support application improvements.
  • Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and best practices to improve future support.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience in Power Platform, Dynamics Sales, and Plugins.
  • Proven expertise in 2nd or 3rd line technical support within a software/application environment.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Experience with ITIL processes and best practices (desirable).
