Location: Balsall Common (Hybrid: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 + comprehensive benefits package
Are you an experienced Technical Project Manager ready to lead software development projects from conception to delivery? This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company that specialises in artistic CAD and CNC machining software, helping revolutionise 2D and 3D product design.
You will oversee full lifecycle project management, working closely with development teams and stakeholders. A background in software development would be beneficial - but not essential.
The Technical Project Manager will be an organised, strategic thinker with a passion for technology and software development. You should have a solid understanding of project management methodologies, a proven track record of delivering projects successfully, and an ability to thrive in a dynamic, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end software development projects.
- Collaborate with product teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor progress and ensure successful delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination.
- Manage risks, quality, and project objectives.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years in software project management, in a technical capacity working closely with software engineering teams - hands on background beneficial.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.
