E-commerce Operations Manager

Salary: Up to £40,000 - £43,000

Slough or Coventry - Hybrid - 1 day per week in the office

Our client, a leading automotive services company, seeks a Web Operations Manager to drive their digital presence and e-commerce capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the digital future of an established business during a period of significant growth and transformation. The role will be instrumental in delivering an industry-leading omnichannel experience, managing the company's website evolution, and launching new e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop the company website, ensuring optimal customer journeys and lead generation
  • Oversee content strategy and implementation across all digital platforms
  • Lead the launch and ongoing management of e-commerce operations
  • Work with marketing teams to monitor KPIs and deliver performance improvements
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and brand guidelines
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies
  • Manage Google Ads activities to optimise lead generation
  • Monitor competitor digital offerings and recommend improvements
  • Maintain SEO performance and analyse website analytics

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in website content management or digital project roles
  • Undergraduate degree in marketing, media, digital, computing, or web design
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe web content management systems
  • Proficient in GoogleAnalytics and SEO strategies
  • Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with Salesforce and Pimcore
  • Excellent project management abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders

The successful candidate will join a dynamic team in a role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on digital management. This position offers hybrid working with one day per week in the office.
