Security Awareness Consultant- People Cyber Risk Management (PCRM)

Location: Coventry (hybrid)

Salary: Up to 75k (DOE) + bonus

Our client is one of the biggest banks in the UK and they are currently looking for a Security Awareness Specialist that will help to promote cyber awareness and deliver training to technical and non-technical stakeholders on the importance of cyber security.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Contributes to and communicates PCRM policies, standards and guidelines and ensures that security principles are understood and applied across the business.
  • Leads the implementation and compliance of guidelines and standards by providing advice and expert guidance as well as intervention programs to ensure the identification and communication of security risks.
  • Generates and encouragesa range of creative ideas to deliver exciting and engaging events and programs
  • Identifies opportunities for PCRM to effectively integrateinto business processes
  • Bethe focal point and primary driver for all safety culture activities for the People and Relationships
  • Bea role model within the safety team to drive cultural change.

An ideal candidate will have:

  • Good experience of the safety culture of a financial institution.
  • Good communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior management and executives.
  • Experience planning and supporting PCRM capacity
  • Investigateand participate in a PCRM strategy that spans the employee life cycle throughout their
  • Experience with technical tools and techniquesrelated to culture and delivery across the organization - including coaching board members and NEDs.

Experience in providing cultural change in organizations and demonstrated experience in this field.

  • Abilityto build strong relationships with relevant areas in IT and change operations and business areas to understand their requirements and deliver within their framework
  • The experiencein defining metrics for effectiveness in safety culture
  • Skillsto assess and challenge cultural barriers that may prevent the success of a safety culture
  • Youare familiar with Scaled Agile work methods.
