About the roleHere’s a great opportunity for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Security Products and responsible for providing strategic expertise to ensure effective management of the technical and business Services for the Security tooling across the society.A key responsibility for this role is to be accountable for the implementation, transition, and ongoing support of the relevant security solutions at CBS to meet business requirements and architectural strategy.You will be responsible for the creation, quality, and governance of technical and standards documentation to maintain a stable and consistent environment.This role would be a great fit for someone who has a high level of technical knowledge to complete the troubleshooting and resolution to production incidents or problems to meet operational needs and ensures business as usual service is maintained to service and operational level agreements.Our benefits include:

Your hands-on expertise includes implementing and managing security measures in both on-premise and cloud environments.Your skills extend to performance tuning, proactive monitoring of cybersecurity solutions to identify and mitigate potential threats before they impact the organisation. Additionally, you have a strong understanding of change management processes and secure release procedures.With experience of ITIL based service management framework and strong computer literacy, experience in using Microsoft Office products to create and manage documentation.Technical expertise:
  • M365 Product Suite
  • Sentinel or Splunk
  • Firewalls, IDS, IPS, WAF
