Job Title: Mobile Network Manager
Location: Coventry
Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week (shifts between 7:00 AM & 5:00 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch).

About the Role:
We enable fleet mobility through services like contract hire, short-term rental, and fleet management. We're driving operational excellence, alternative fuels, and digital transformation in the sector. Join us in delivering excellence for fleets ranging from small to over 100 vehicles.
Role Overview:
Reporting to the Operations Director, you'll manage our "Workshop on Wheels" service, ensuring quality maintenance and repair (M&R) at customer sites. You'll oversee a team of 3 Mobile Network Controllers, optimize productivity, and track KPIs to enhance vehicle uptime and VOR performance.


Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies.
* Plan and manage daily schedules for mobile technicians.
* Optimise geographical work allocation to reduce travel.
* Provide and monitor KPI data (e.g., labour accuracy, first-time fix rates).
* Conduct team appraisals, manage performance, and support development.


Requirements:
* Proven experience managing mobile technicians and vehicle fleets.
* Technical knowledge of LCV/HGV maintenance and road transport laws.
* Strong organisational, communication, and time-management skills.
* Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and business systems.
