In this role, you will:
- Support sales teams, distributors, and customers by responding to inquiries, managing quotes, and providing technical expertise.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of automation products and services.
- Participate in robust training programs to develop your skills and knowledge.
- Work closely with the Process Automation team to maintain high standards and deliver tailored solutions.
The Role:
- Respond to customer, distributor, and sales inquiries through the Process Automation inbox.
- Generate quotes, confirm products, and assist in the smooth delivery of technical solutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support technical sales activities and achieve company objectives.
- Provide technical expertise for the company's extensive product range, offering tailored solutions for customers.
- Participate in product training, supported by a global team and robust on boarding programs.
The Person:
- Engineering background with experience in manufacturing or a related field.
- Exposure to technical sales or working closely with sales teams in a technical capacity.
