IT Support Engineer| Coventry | Up to £35,000 | 5 days On Site | Fixed Term Contract
Role Overview: We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join the technical team in Coventry. We need a knowledgeable, skilled and experienced Engineer for this internal role, who has the experience of working in a busy technical helpdesk.
About You
You will be a self-motivated engineer with a track record of being able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across a large client base. You Will be an excellent communicator with the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Taking initial day to day calls
- Raise tickets
- Password Resets
- Check through the day and logging calls in the Support Mailbox
- Check Nagios - reporting anything
- Setup New Starter Accounts
- Process Leaver Accounts
- Ordering Phones
- HP Laptop / Desktop Orders including Accessories
- User Printer Setups
- Laptop / Desktop Build
- Application Installs
- Desktop/End user break fix support
Technical requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft Core Stack
- Desktop & Server solutions across the Microsoft stack
