Systems Trainer responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and delivering training on a series of software applications. Training will be delivered both on-site and remotely.
- Producing online training resources like video tutorials and documentation for use across the business.
- Travelling across the UK to deliver training, support and attend client meetings.
- Liaising with other departments across the business to ensure identified issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Working with the Projects Team to ensure that all new applications being introduced are understood and successfully adopted by the user base.
- Implementation and roll out of new systems
- Updates and Tracks delivered training on the in-house system
Systems Trainer desired skills/character:
- A people person who is able to communicate at all levels with a wide variety of people.
- Comfortable presenting/training both 1 on 1 and in groups.
- Someone who can bring enthusiasm to the role.
- Competent PC Skills and proficiency in MS Office packages
- IT literate and willing to learn. Previous experience in training within an IT context is desirable but not essential.
- Flexible and able to stay calm under pressure.
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Willing to travel when required
- Working alongside and assisting various departments to ensure best practices
- Supportive role so a good listener
- Develop and maintain and evidence business and legal requirements are met
