Contract Length: 6 Months

We are seeking an experienced CMM Programmer/Inspector to join our team for a 6-month contract. In this role, you will ensure product conformance through the programming and operation of CMM equipment and conduct first article inspections. You will also support product assurance and maintain high standards of quality and calibration.

Key Responsibilities:

Program and operate CMM equipment and generate conformance reports

Operate specialist test and measuring equipment

Perform continuous process control audits across supplies, manufacturing, assembly, and dispatch

Ensure the accuracy and quality of tasks performed to maintain customer confidence

Support the team's objectives and maintain good relationships with internal and external contacts

Record and process non-conformances using appropriate databases and adjust stock entries as needed

Technical Requirements:

Experience in an engineering manufacturing environment with inspection duties

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

Familiarity with inspection/test equipment and documentation standards

Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills

Ideal Candidate:

CMM programming/inspection experience

Engineering apprenticeship (preferred)

Demonstrable ability to work independently with minimal supervision
