Injection Moulding Setter Rotating Shifts

Location: Nuneaton
Salary: £20.30 per hour (38.33 hours per week)
Shifts: Monday Friday, rotating shifts (6am 2pm, 2pm 10pm, 10pm 6am)
Holidays: 25 days annual leave + statutory bank holidays

Are you an experienced Injection Moulding Setter looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and growing company, where you will play a key role in ensuring efficient production and high-quality standards.

The Role:

Setting up and operating injection moulding machines
Performing tool changes and troubleshooting machine issues
Ensuring machines are running efficiently to cycle time
Identifying tooling issues and liaising with maintenance teams
Conducting quality checks and approving first-off parts
Working with robots and ancillary equipment (material feed systems, mould heaters, chiller systems)
Maintaining accurate records and effective communication with shift teams

What Were Looking For:

3+ years experience in injection moulding setting
Experience with Krauss, Battenfeld, Borch machines (desirable but not essential)
Knowledge of Witmann and Sepro robots
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Understanding of health & safety regulations and best practices
