Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of personal lines insurance clients.
- Provide expert advice on a range of insurance products including home, motor, and travel insurance.
- Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business enquiries.
- Ensure all client documentation is accurate and compliant with industry regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers.
- Deliver excellent customer service and support to clients.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using insurance software and Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
