Join a global leading parts distributor and manufacturer within the fuel pump and injectors sector. Our client is seeking an Inventory and Returns Coordinator within their Warehouse Department, to manage and oversee the processing of returned fuel pumps and injectors. This role is crucial for ensuring accuracy in stock management, inspections and customer credits. The ideal candidate will be highly reliable, with strong IT skills and excellent handwriting, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Day-to-day of the role:- Check and cross-reference fuel pumps and injectors against customer paperwork to ensure part numbers and quantities are correct.
- Receive old fuel pumps from customers, ensuring they are undamaged before processing for credit.
- Accurately put stock away in the correct bins within the warehouse.
- Ensure the correct account numbers are located on the system and noted on core sheets to process credit notes to customers.
- Sell goods to customers and handle new part orders efficiently.
- Good IT skills to manage data entry and inventory systems effectively.
- Excellent handwriting for clear communication and documentation that office staff can easily read for processing credits.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail for checking part numbers and quantities against customer returns paperwork and inspecting returned fuel pumps for any damage.
- Experience in inventory management or a similar role is preferred.
