Here at GXO we are recruiting for a Stock Administrator on a full time, permanent basis to join our Heineken team in Coventry. You will be working any 5 days out of 7, covering the day hours of 14:00 – 22:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Maintaining stock integrity within assigned area of activity whilst investigating, and resolving stock issues when required
  • Managing and controlling documentation to the agreed standards
  • Collating operational KPI information accurately and within agreed timescales
  • Ensuring full audit process compliance within stock & admin functions

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Have excellent communication skills and be able to build and maintain strong working relationships
  • Be IT literate (Advantageous: SAP, JDA, MS Office including Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to deadlines
  • Have a flexible approach to working times when business require
