SF Recruitment are working with a business based in Coventry (CV6) who are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join the team £25,500 Office based The Position As the Warehouse Administrator you will provide the highest standard of service support within Implementation, ensuring that new customer implementations, and any changes for existing customers are completed smoothly and to a high quality. Required to process new customers / engineers onto the system, produce and issue starter packs to customer specification, ensure customer labels are processed including bulk, auto replenish and day-to-day cases and provide support to internal projects ensuring deadlines are adhered to. You will manage lock and key stock ensuring adequate stock levels to deal with all customer requirements and lock recycling to ensure we can benefit from returned / unused locks. Maintaining and developing effective working relationships with other departments is crucial ensuring a professional level of communication is maintained with external customers and suppliers. There is the requirement to manage BAU workload, cases and emails, undertake other tasks as reasonably directed from time to time, assist with training of new starters, attend and contribute to regular team meetings and adhere to all policies and procedures as laid out by the Company including health & safety and Business Continuity procedures. The Person Experience of working in an administrative role and within a process driven environment. Knowledge of and the ability to work to Service Level Agreements and computer literate with knowledge of MS Office, Word and Excel. Possess good communication skills, verbal and written. Have the ability to work alone and as part of a team and have a willingness to learn and develop new skills. Attention to detail is imperative with an excellent customer focus. Be able to provide proactive support to colleagues within the business and to our customers and demonstrate the use of own initiative and recommend improvements. Committed, enthusiastic and passionate with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
