The Position

As an Implementation Advisor, you will play a key role in providing high-quality administrative support to ensure smooth implementation for new customers and seamless service for existing clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing new customers and engineers into internal systems.
  • Producing and issuing starter packs tailored to customer requirements.
  • Managing customer-specific labels, including bulk orders and day-to-day requests.
  • Overseeing lock and key stock levels, ensuring recycling and efficient stock use.
  • Collaborating with other departments to maintain effective communication with customers and suppliers.
  • Managing cases, emails, and BAU (business-as-usual) tasks.
  • Assisting in team training, contributing to meetings, and supporting internal projects.
  • Adhering to all company policies, including health & safety and business continuity.

The Person

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in an administrative or warehouse support role within a process-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a strong focus on customer service.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A commitment to learning and developing new skills.
