We are recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator for our client who are based in Coventry. This is a full time role.

As a Warehouse Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's warehouse facility. Your responsibilities will include:

Inventory Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, incoming shipments, and outgoing orders.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to track inventory movements and reconcile any discrepancies.

Data Entry and Documentation:

  • Input data related to shipments, receipts, and inventory into our warehouse management system.
  • Prepare shipping labels, packing lists, and other necessary documentation.

Communication:

  • Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to coordinate shipments and resolve any issues.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from colleagues and customers regarding inventory status and order fulfilment.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify areas for process optimization and propose solutions to enhance warehouse efficiency.
  • Assist in implementing best practices for inventory control and record-keeping.

Ideally you will have/be:

  • Previous experience in a similar warehouse administration role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid counterbalance forklift licence
