- Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM
About the Role:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Paint Sprayer to join our client based in Coventry. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, spraying, and finishing high-quality components to meet production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and masking.
- Mix and apply paint using the appropriate techniques and tools.
- Ensure a smooth and even finish on all products.
- Perform quality checks to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines.
What We're Looking For:
- Proficient in masking and preparation.
- Conversant in the use of paint products.
- Confident in mixing paints to the correct specifications.
- Highly proficient in the use of paint spraying equipment.
- Industrial paint spraying experience, including marine, hydraulics, and construction products.
- Experience in self-preparing and manual loading.
- Skilled in working with marine-grade paint.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures related to paint spraying.
