My client, a multi-site regional firm with an excellent reputation across Warwickshire, is seeking a Civil Litigation Solicitor to join its close-knit established team in Coventry.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a varied caseload and contribute to the continued success of a dynamic legal practice.Â
The Role
The civil department handles a broad spectrum of matters, including:
- Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence
- Accidents at Work, Road Traffic Accidents, Trips and Slips
- Criminal Injuries Compensation
- Contentious Probate
Responsibilities
- Manage a mixed caseload of civil litigation matters
- Collaborate closely with other members of the department to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Engage in networking activities to build and maintain relationships with local businesses and organisations that refer work to the firm
You
You will have 3+ years PQE with experience across a wide range of civil matters. While existing expertise is important, my client is committed to professional development and offers additional training as required. You will benefit from working alongside an experienced assistant to help manage your caseload efficiently.
You will:
- Have proven experience handling a diverse caseload of civil matters
- Demonstrate a strong ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
- Display excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and support junior staff
- Be a proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
