The Role:

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor seeking more than just M&A work. Our client prides themselves on building long-term relationships with their clients and gaining a deep understanding of their businesses.

This position is ideal for a solicitor looking to diversify their role beyond pure transaction work but who still desires to remain in private practice rather than moving in-house.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of Company Commercial work

  • Work with existing clients as well as engage in new business development

  • Handle cases independently from start to finish, meeting fee earning targets

  • Collaborate with partners to contribute to the firm's growth

What We’re Looking For:
  • 6-7+ years’PQE (we may consider applications from candidates with 5years’PQEwith relevant experience)

  • Proven track record of handling a Company Commercial caseload independently

  • Strong ability to generate new business and foster client relationships

  • Must have a valid driving licence and own transport due to office location and travel requirements
