The company is looking for a Conveyancer with at least 5 years of post-qualified experience or equivalent in Residential Property, who is eager to contribute to the success and development of the Private Residential Property Department. This full-time, permanent position based in Coventry is an excellent chance to advance your career in a company that values high-quality service and legal guidance.Responsibilities:- Managing a full caseload with a focus on wider Residential Conveyancing transactions, from instruction through to post-completion.- Maintaining and developing strong client relationships with a wide range of clients and introducers, including technical legal enquiries.- Being actively involved in the development of the department, including the training and supervising of Administrators, Paralegals, and Trainee Solicitors.Skills and Attributes:- Minimum 5 years qualified experience or equivalent as a Conveyancer in Residential Property.- Possess varied knowledge of Residential Conveyancing law and practice.- Detail-driven with excellent communication skills.- An organised team player.- Proactive individual with a passion for providing excellent service to clients.If you are a driven and skilled Conveyancer looking for a new challenge in a company that values your contribution and offers a rewarding career path, please submit your CV to apply for this role.
