Our client based in Coventry is seeking a Conveyancing Lawyer to join their expanding team. You will need to be proactive in driving matters forward and keeping clients, colleagues and stakeholders well-informed of progress. If you are looking for a new opportunity and to join a family business dedicated in supporting their clients and their team this is the role for you.

Salary - £35k + pending experience

Hours - 9 - 5.15 office based

Start date: Early May 2025

Office addresses : Coventry, CV2

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing own caseload all, handle a varied caseload of residential property matters, including

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchase

  • Transfers of equity

  • Re-mortgages

  • New-build transactions

  • Shared ownership and right-to-buy matters.

  • You will also work closely with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to provide expert advice and ensure transactions progress smoothly

  • Develop/support junior members of the team
