My client is a top 50 UK law firm and they are looking to recruit a Disease Lawyer to handle and caseload of Mesothelioma contribution claims.  The role will be handling a mix of both pre –litigated and litigated claims pursuant to the Civil Liability Act 1978 and will be a mix of cases on behalf of insurer clients and corporates where recoveries are required. The role will be very much a client facing role. You will be given the support of an assistant fee earner initially to work alongside you, with then the opportunity to grow your own team. The ideal candidate will need previous Mesothelioma experience with ambitions to grow and manage a profitable team. Salary for the role will be £45,000 DOE + a generous bonus scheme. My client offers great hybrid working with one day in the office week.
