My client, an ever-progressing regional law firm in Coventry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Family Lawyer to join its friendly and supportive team. As the successful candidate, you will manage a complex, solely privately funded caseload.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Advising clients on divorce, cohabitation disputes, separation, Children Act matters and financial disputes
  • Representing clients in Court proceedings
  • Providing high-quality legal advice with a client-focused approach

This role offers exposure to good-quality work and opportunities for professional development within a progressive legal practice.

You

The ideal individual will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in private client family law.

You will:

  • Be technically proficient and confident in handling a diverse range of family law matters
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues
  • Demonstrate a proactive, team-oriented approach while being equally comfortable working independently
  • Strive for high standards in their work and maintain a consistent billing history
  • Possess a strong client-focused ethos, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and advice
