I have been instructed on an incredibly exciting opportunity for an experienced Litigation professional to join and head up one of the top Dispute Resolution teams in the West Midlands based in my client's fantastically located Coventry office.My client are looking for a Dispute Resolution professional, Solicitor or CILEx qualified, to take on a caseload of the more complex litigated matters within the firm, whilst also taking over managerial responsibilities for the already high performing department.This role comes with a heavy dual responsibility between engaging in business development and networking efforts, and supervisory responsibilities for more junior members of the department.This role is either suited to someone with extensive previous managerial experience, or someone who is ready to take their first step into formal management, as the successful candidate will enjoy full and comprehensive support from the board / senior leadership team.Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 depending on experienceFlexible working arrangements on offerIf you would like to discuss the role further, please send a message to
