Private Client Lawyer

Location: Coventry city centre / Hybrid

We are working with a Legal 500-listed, Lexcel accredited, award-winning law firm who are seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer, ideally with 2-3 years'+ Private Client case handling experience, to work at their office in Coventry city centre. Full time or part time hours will be considered.

This role will involve a good deal of client interaction. You will be well-supported and mentored in this position, working as part of a successful, friendly, collaborative team. 

The role will involve 

• Running your own mixed caseload of private client matters from instruction through to completion 
• Managing a variety of matters including wills, probate, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, court of protection and estate planning matters
• Working as part of an established team with an excellent client base and reputation

Suitable candidates will have:

• 2-3 years' experience in Private Client work
• Experience of running a varied private caseload from instruction to completion
• A good working knowledge of tax, relating to the administration of estates
• Knowledge of estate planning
• A good level of computer literacy 
• Excellent client care and IT skills

This is a permanent job, working either full-time or part time.
