My client, a well-established regional law firm based in Warwickshire, is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its thriving team in the Leamington Spa office.

The Role:
You will be responsible for managing a mixed and varied caseload of private client matters, including:
- Drafting and advising on Wills
- Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Advising on and managing Trusts and Estate Administration
- Handling matters from instruction through to completion, ensuring a high standard of client care throughout
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner with experience in Private Client law
- Strong technical knowledge of Wills, LPAs, Trusts and Probate matters
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- A proactive approach to business development and maintaining client relationships
