Role: Private Family SolicitorLocation: CoventrySalary: £40,000-£60,000We at Simpson Judge are currently working with a regional multi service law firm looking to bring in a Family Solicitor to focus on their Private family matters.The role:- Leveraging your experience with private client families, the ideal Lawyer will handle a diverse caseload that is exclusively privately funded. - Responsibilities will include advising clients on issues such as divorce, cohabitation disputes, matters related to the Children Act, separation, and financial concerns.- The role will also involve representing clients in Court.- A client-centered approach and a track record of consistent billing are crucial for success in this position.- With opportunities for ongoing professional development, a welcoming and supportive workplace, and exposure to high-quality cases, this role represents an outstanding opportunity.You:- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years of PQE who:- Has strong technical skills and experience primarily in managing private client family matters- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, along with a client-centric mindset- Consistently aim for excellence in their work- Are proactive team players who are equally adept at working independently- Maintain a reliable history of consistent billingWhats on offer:- A substantial bonus program offering 20% of fee income exceeding your target- Up to two days of remote work each week- 23 days of annual leave, in addition to Bank Holidays, plus 3 additional days off for Christmas (the company is closed for the entire week of Christmas), totaling 35 days of holiday- Company-provided sick pay- Life insurance coverage- Complimentary parking availableIf this of interest please get in touch with Rory Brand at Simpson Judge today to go through the specifics.
