Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for a flexible and rewarding role? My client, a well-established law firm, is seeking a dedicated lawyer to join their busy Residential Property Team.
The Role:This is an exciting opportunity to manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages and transfers of equity
- Shared ownership and new build transactions
- Acting for individuals, companies, and investors
- Salary: £45,000-£60,000 (DOE)
- Hybrid Working: Only two days per week in the office - embrace true flexibility!
