The team prides itself on its collaborative environment, where your contributions are valued and your professional development is supported.Role Responsibilities:- Handling a range of residential property transactions from inception to completion.- Providing expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of residential property law.- Drafting and reviewing legal documents with precision and attention to detail.- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes.- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.Skills and Experience Required:- A minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE) as a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx), or Licensed Conveyancer.- Proven track record in managing residential property transactions independently.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a keen eye for detail.This role is perfect for a dedicated and experienced lawyer looking to make a significant impact within a respected team.
