With work constantly being referred, the increase of instructions has prompted the firm to recruit an additional Residential Property Lawyer to undertake a full caseload involving sales and purchases (registered and unregistered, freehold and leasehold land), re-mortgages, transfers of equity, equity release and right to buy.THE CANDIDATE:Applications are welcomed from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers and also non-qualified fee earners who have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in handling their own residential property caseload from initial instruction through to completion.
