- Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, TOE, shared ownership, new builds, and freehold and leasehold matters.
- Overseeing and supporting a small team, ensuring smooth department operations.
- Working closely with the Head of Department to develop business and foster growth within the Property Department.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring excellent client care throughout all stages of the conveyancing process.
- Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and procedural requirements.
- At least 5 years’ experience in residential conveyancing, with a strong knowledge of all areas of residential property law.
- Proven experience in managing a team and assisting in business development.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and management skills.
- Proficiency in IT systems and legal software.
- Strong attention to detail, along with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- A polite, professional, and patient manner when dealing with clients and colleagues.
