Robert Walters is delighted to be working with a highly regarded law firm seeking a skilled and proactive Residential Conveyancer to join their team in Warwickshire.

The RoleAs a Residential Conveyancer, you will:
- Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, from instruction to post-completion.
- Provide expert legal advice and build strong relationships with a diverse client base.
- Handle technical legal enquiries and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Contribute to the development of the department, including mentoring and supervising junior team members.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years' post-qualified experience or equivalent in residential property.
- Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing law and practice.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
